Requirements for renting a car

To arrange a rental you'll need a minimal set of documents and to meet the basic age and driving experience requirements

Required documents

  • Original identity document (passport)
  • Original driver's license

Additional information

  • Minimum age — 23 years
  • Driving experience — 2 years

What's important to know before renting

Review the basic rental rules, restrictions, and the renter's responsibilities before picking up the car

Customer responsibility

  • The renter is responsible for all fines and traffic violations during the rental agreement
  • The renter must fulfill all terms of the rental and deposit agreement
  • The renter may not hand over control of the vehicle to third parties

Restrictions

  • Mileage is limited to 300 km per day, accumulated over the entire rental period
  • Exceeding the limit is charged at 1,500 so'm per km
  • Travel outside Uzbekistan is prohibited

Payment and return terms

Transparent terms for payment, deposit return, and rental cost calculation with no hidden fees

Late car return

  • Up to 1 hour — free
  • Up to 3 hours — 20% of the daily rate
  • Up to 4 hours — 50% of the daily rate
  • Over 4 hours — 100% of the daily rental

The deposit is refunded 7 days after the car is returned, provided there are no traffic police fines or minor damage

Insurance and accident assistance

We provide insurance coverage for our cars and prompt support in emergency situations

  1. Every car in our fleet is insured under OSAGO and CASCO

  2. Damage exceeding the deposit amount is covered by the insurance company above the deposit, provided it's processed through the traffic police

  3. In the event of an accident without processing through the traffic police, the customer bears full responsibility for covering the damage

  4. The company reserves the right to claim compensation for vehicle downtime during repairs after an accident
